MDW technical support team is comprised of radiology industry specialists and PACS administrators. MDW is a PACS agnostic platform, which means that we will connect to your existing system, allowing your staff to continue to use the system they know, without the need of switching. The process of building a connection starts with your request to your current RIS/PACS vendor to connect with a reading provider. At that point, the MDW support team starts the communication, and you get the end result.
